Job summary

HCA Healthcare is seeking a Progressive Care Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. In collaboration with medical providers, you will provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care and advocate for patients to ensure an exceptional experience.

You will assess patient status each shift, perform ordered procedures, document care, and administer medications while maintaining current knowledge of cardiac and medical-surgical

Qualifications

• RN with an Associate Degree in Nursing.
• ACLS within 90 days of employment start date.
• BCLS within 30 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with medical providers for pre-operative and post-operative nursing care.
• Advocate for patients to support an exceptional patient experience.
• Document care in the patient medical record in a timely manner.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses.
