Job summary

Concord Hospital is seeking an RN to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for a population-specific patient group in a safe, therapeutic environment. The RN will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team, ensuring adherence to standards and policies.

Reports to the Director/Nurse Manager and may supervise care staff. Required are NH RN licensure, BLS, and at least one year of clinical nursing experience; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Registered Nurse - New Hampshire Board of Nursing
• Basic Life Support - American Heart Association
• One year prior clinical nursing experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Gathers data through history taking and physical assessment and interprets data to plan and implement interventions.
• Develops and revises the plan of care as patient needs change.
• Documents care provided and patient progress toward outcomes.
• Directs and supervises others in delegated nursing activities.
• Teaches patients and families about the care plan and post-discharge care.

Education

Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
