The position requires current Oregon RN licensure with preferred BSN and progressive care unit or acute care experience. Certifications such as BLS, ACLS, and TNCC are noted, with ongoing professional development encouraged.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Oregon required.
• BSN preferred for progression and leadership.
• Progressive Care Unit or similar acute care experience valued.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care with focus on patient and family centered practices.
• Assess and monitor patients; implement care plans with critical thinking and collaboration.
• Administer medications safely per hospital policy and regulatory standards.
• Document care accurately and timely in the medical record.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient goals and quality metrics.
• Support department goals and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
