Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA, is seeking a Progressive Care Registered Nurse to coordinate high-quality, patient-centered care, including pre- and post-operative nursing, in collaboration with medical providers. • RN licensure required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Cardiac Life Support to be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN requires an Associate Degree or a Bachelor's Degree, with preferred higher education in nursing.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient condition during admission and every shift, reporting changes.
• Perform procedures or other tasks as ordered by the medical provider.
• Document nursing care in the patient record promptly and thoroughly.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses.
• Maintain knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment for cardiac and medical-surgical patients.
