Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA is seeking a Progressive Care Registered Nurse (RN) for a Cardiac Intermediate Care PRN position. You will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers, focusing on pre- and post-operative cardiac patients.

You will assess patients, document care, administer medications, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of cardiac care.

Qualifications

• ACLS must be obtained within 60 days of start date.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• RN licensure required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing (AD/ASN/Bachelor).

Responsabilités

• Assess patient condition on admission and during each shift, identifying and reporting changes.
• Perform procedures or functions as ordered by the medical provider.
• Document the administration of care in the patient medical record promptly and thoroughly.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor response.
• Maintain knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in cardiac and medical-surgical care.
