IU Health Ball Memorial in Muncie, Indiana is seeking experienced nurses to join our Progressive Care Unit team. We offer FT Nights and FT Days shifts on an 18-bed PCU that handles patients transitioning from progressive to medical levels of care.

Our team emphasizes interdisciplinary rounding, patient-centered care, and continuous learning. Candidates should have ASN with BSN preferred, and Indiana RN licensure with ACLS/NIH certifications where required.

Qualifications

• Requires an Associates of Nursing (ASN); Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or NLC RN license.
• ACLS and NIH certification may be required per unit/department policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care on Ball Memorial PCU (18-bed unit).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.
• Engage in interdisciplinary rounds and ongoing professional development.
