Job summary

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program with current RN licensure and BLS certification; BSN and ACLS are preferred, as is prior nursing experience in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate health care records and reports.
• Administers medications to patients and monitors them for side effects and reactions.
• Prescribes assistive medical devices and related treatments.
• Monitors, reports, and records symptoms or changes in patient conditions.
• Assesses, implements, plans, or evaluates patient nursing care plans with the healthcare team.
• Records patient vital signs and medical information.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
