Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in acute care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care according to policies and standards.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust discharge plans.
• Delegate tasks and supervise care provided by other licensed staff.
• Communicate patient status and care needs to patients, families, and team members.
• Support evidence-based practice and participate in quality improvement activities.
