Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational and discharge planning needs.
• Formulate and implement a plan of care in collaboration with the patient and health team.
• Document assessment, plan and patient response in the medical record.
• Coordinate, delegate and supervise nursing activities to ensure safe, effective patient care.
