Job summary

HCA Healthcare Trident Hospital in Bluffton, SC is seeking an RN Progressive Care Clinical Nurse Coordinator to influence patient care through collaboration with managers and nurses, shaping decisions that elevate outcomes and advance the nursing profession.

In this role, you will coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team, assist with admissions and discharges, coach staff, and help scheduling. Requires ACLS and BCLS within 30 days, RN licensure, and a Bachelor’s degree within 90 days.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BCLS required within 30 days of start date.
• RN licensed in the state or eligible for licensure upon hire.
• Bachelor's degree required within 90 days of employment start date.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and evaluate nursing care in partnership with the management team.
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to staff to improve performance.
• Assist with staff scheduling and staffing decisions.
