Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an RN nursing program, upon hire.
• Registered Nurse license for Nebraska, upon hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification, upon hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 5 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care reflecting clinical excellence.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care for a designated group of patients.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focusing on optimal patient outcomes.
• Document all phases of the nursing process in the patient record.
• Coordinate discharge planning and patient and family education.
• Uphold professional and legal standards for delegation.
