HCA Houston Healthcare Clear Lake is hiring a Progressive Care Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with medical providers. You will support pre-operative and post-operative nursing care and advocate for patients to ensure an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities include assessing patient status, performing procedures, documenting care, administering medications, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of cardiac and medical-surgical

Competenze

• RN license required.
• ACLS must be obtained within 6 months of start date.
• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Associate Degree in nursing required.
• 1 year RN experience in acute care preferred.

Mansioni

• Assess patient condition during admission and every shift.
• Perform procedures as ordered by provider.
• Document care in the medical record in a timely manner.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor response.
• Maintain knowledge of medications and equipment for cardiac/medical-surgical patients.
