Registered Nurse – Surgical Progressive Care Unit

Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care for post-surgical and step-down patients in a high-acuity setting. Closely monitor hemodynamic status, assess patient needs, and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing interventions.

Manage complex IV therapies, coordinate and support interdisciplinary care plans, and ensure seamless communication across the care team.

Support patients and families through education and advocacy, while maintaining a collaborative, team-oriented approach to clinical excellence and professional growth.
