RN – Progressive Care

Provide high-quality nursing care for acutely ill adult patients requiring close monitoring, frequent assessments, and advanced interventions. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Manage complex medications and intravenous drips, ensuring safe administration and appropriate titration. Rapidly recognize and respond to changes in patient condition to support stabilization and recovery.
