Job summary

Trinity Health Ann Arbor seeks a Patient Care Technician (PCT) for the 9E Progressive Care Unit. You will provide direct patient care under RN supervision, assist with ADLs, and help maintain a clean, safe, caring environment aligned with relationship-based care.

Full- and part-time options are available with several shifts. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of direct care experience or completion of CENA, PCT, MA, or EMT training; student nurses completing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of direct care experience or successful completion of CENA, PCT, MA, or EMT course.
• Student nurses must have completed their nursing fundamentals class of a BSN program.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, showering, toileting, positioning, turning, transferring, ambulation).
• Assist in collecting specimens and recording patient data to meet documentation requirements.
• Support age-appropriate and culturally sensitive patient care in a progressive care unit.
