Progressive Care Nurse - Full Time Night Shift (Hiring Immediately)

Join our team as a Progressive Care Nurse, working full-time night shifts with immediate hiring opportunities. We offer an enhanced sign-on bonus up to $20,000 and a ratio of 3:1.

We operate a 6-bed unit equipped with cutting-edge monitoring technology and amenities to ensure patient comfort and safety during critical recovery phases.

Job Overview

As part of the Patient Care Services team, the Progressive Care RN provides comprehensive nursing care to adolescent and adult patients requiring enhanced monitoring and support, above medical-surgical level but below ICU care.

Responsibilities
  1. Assess and implement priority-based nursing care, establishing goals to meet patient needs.
  2. Integrate patient values, best practices, and evidence-based care into daily practice.
  3. Engage patients and/or families in the care process.
  4. Function competently within your scope of practice.
  5. Use effective communication styles to meet team and situational needs.
Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN).
  • Licensed Registered Nurse in the state of NH.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive or critical care RN experience.
