Qualifications

• ACLS and BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Active Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Experience in progressive care or similar unit is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes within the unit.
• Collaborate with leadership and subject matter experts to improve patient outcomes.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and staff development to enhance performance.
• Support staff scheduling and resource coordination.
