Job summary

Research Medical Center in Kansas City, KS seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator Progressive Care to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate all unit functions in partnership with the management team.

The CNC will supervise a multidisciplinary team, assist with admissions and discharges, support improved outcomes with leadership, provide coaching and staff scheduling support to optimize patient flow and staff engagement.

Qualifications

• ACLS to be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• BLS to be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• RN licensure and registration required.
• Registered Nurse Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the management team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Partner with subject matter experts and leadership to support improved outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
