Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) provides high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinates all functions in the unit. In partnership with management, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care according to policies. The CNC serves as a resource for staff and supports an exceptional patient experience.

What you will do in this role:
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, customize, and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Assist with admission and discharge processes.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and leadership to improve outcomes and service.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and training to enhance performance and engagement.
  • Assist with staff scheduling.
Qualifications:
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
  • Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • BSN required.
  • Minimum 1 year of acute care progressive care RN experience.
  • Charge RN experience required.
