Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) provides high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinates unit functions. In partnership with management, the CNC monitors and evaluates nursing care according to policies and supports an exceptional patient experience.

What you will do:

• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate, evaluate, and deliver high-quality care.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Collaborate with experts and leadership to improve outcomes and service.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and training to staff.
• Assist with staff scheduling.

Qualifications needed:

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Registered Nurse license.
• BSN required.
• Minimum 1 year of Acute Care Progressive Care RN experience.
• Charge RN experience required.
