Qualifications

• Current RN license in Wisconsin or compact-state eligibility.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• New graduates welcomed; ACLS preferred; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to complex cardiothoracic and post-surgical patients.
• Monitor high-acuity patients and recognize changes in condition.
• Manage IV drips, chest tubes, central lines, and advanced telemetry.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure quality outcomes.
