Vote Blue is seeking Community Canvassers and Team Leaders to support progressive candidates across several districts. Earn $22-$24/hour with bonuses, overtime pay, driver bonuses, shift bonuses, paid training, and referral bonuses. Bilingual speakers may earn an additional $2/hour.

Positions include full-time and part-time in Tucson and other locations, with a strong emphasis on voter outreach and on-the-ground campaign work. Training provided; equity and inclusion are core commitments.

Qualificações

• Experience with canvassing is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage diverse communities respectfully.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with the public in a friendly and respectful manner.
• Deliver the campaign message and collect survey responses from voters.
• Participate in staff training to improve outreach skills.
• Follow the campaign's safety protocols.
• Lead a small team of canvassers and supervise field activity.
• Ensure canvassers have materials and debrief daily with directors.
