Job summary

The Outreach Team is hiring Community Canvassers and Team Leaders for on-site, door-to-door campaign work in multiple US locations. Roles offer $22–$24 per hour with bonuses, full-time and part-time options, overtime and various bonuses including for referrals and bilingual work.

Training provided, with emphasis on equity and inclusive outreach to diverse communities. Ideal candidates are passionate about progressive politics, strong communicators, and capable of leading small canvassing teams

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership, communications, and community outreach.
• Ability to advocate and engage diverse communities on progressive topics.
• Comfort with canvassing and public engagement in person.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the public in a friendly and respectful manner.
• Deliver a compelling campaign message and collect survey responses.
• Lead a small team of canvassers and coordinate field activities.
• Assist with training and administrative tasks for the canvass team.
