Requires a bachelor’s degree plus two years of relevant experience (or equivalent).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of progressive administrative support or coordination experience; equivalency considered.
  • Experience in government, military, nonprofit, or public-sector settings is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to produce executive-level materials.

Responsibilities

  • Provide executive and administrative support to leadership teams and committees.
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, packets, attendance rosters, and follow‑ups.
  • Plan events, track budgets, and maintain project timelines and records.
  • Draft communications, briefing materials, reports, and summaries; manage calendars.
