Qualifications
Experience working with elementary-aged children in educational or youth-development settings.
Ability to implement consistent and compassionate behavior-guidance strategies.
Willingness to obtain required certifications: CPR/First Aid, Mandated Reporter, and Food Handler.
Responsibilities
Support daily instruction for a cohort of ~15 students.
Lead small-group SEL activities.
Facilitate homework help and individualized academic support.
Assist with literacy, STEAM, arts, and physical activity lessons.
Apply trauma-informed and restorative behavior strategies.
Maintain consistent communication with families.
