Job summary

Securitas Technology, part of Securitas, is seeking a Program Support Specialist to coordinate national projects within Centralized Services across time zones. You will interface with project teams and customers, track progress, and help ensure deliverables align with client expectations.

The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for skill growth and cross-system exposure.

• Develop strategies for supporting Alarm, Video and Access Systems.

Essential Functions:

• Interfacing daily with Project Team and Customer
• Acquiring hourly / daily status and generating reports on certain projects
• Tracking product / deliverables
• Escalating Issues
• Participating in customer meetings
• Creating, maintaining and distributing Project schedules and spreadsheets
• Performing project specific activities supporting all of Centralized Services
• Develop new strategies & activities for supporting future Experience with Alarm, Video and Access Systems

Job Requirements:

• Highly motivated
• Problem solving methodology and proven analytical ability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong technical skills and understanding of software, networking and systems development
• Multi-tasking capability; must be able to coordinate more than one project and various tasks
• Ability to act in an autonomous role with little supervision
• Must be detail oriented and organized
• This position requires advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, Outlook and MS Project (preferred, but not required), and an understanding of Securitas technology and operations.
