The Datawarehouse team is seeking individuals to assist in meeting project timelines for the existing PRISM and OMS ReFRAME projects, while supporting agency users with current production environments. Resources will provide ongoing support after project go-live.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Preparing detailed design specifications for highly complex, large-scale systems to facilitate system development and programming.
  2. Maintaining assigned systems, resolving system problems to ensure continuous availability and proper functioning.
  3. Developing systems using higher-level languages such as 3GLs, 4GLs, enterprise application development tools, system utilities, and project management tools.
  4. Diagnosing and resolving complex application software issues, implementing effective solutions considering system capacity, limitations, and desired outcomes.
  5. Designing and developing subroutines to support system development efforts for maximum productivity.
  6. Performing complex programming tasks to meet user and business needs.
  7. Managing multiple priorities effectively while maintaining progress on current work.
  8. Adopting a customer-focused approach when collaborating with other teams and business contacts.
  9. Working within a shared team development environment, covering all aspects of the SDLC.
  10. Completing work in an Oracle Cloud environment.
  11. Applying Data Warehouse design and development principles, including knowledge of Kimball methodology and Star Schema design.
