Hybrid Work Schedule: Resource will be working a hybrid schedule. NO REMOTE ONLY OPTION. Will need to be onsite from day 1, two days a week. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are required onsite days. Job Description: Data Developer (Oracle / COTS Solutions) This position is for a senior level Application Data Developer with 8 years of experience supporting enterprise applications. The Data Developer will work within an Oracle database environment and serve as a core member of a team of technology professionals supporting agency applications and data services. The role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining database structures, PL/SQL code, and data integrations that enable secure, efficient, and accurate data flow across assigned systems. This includes active participation in both project and maintenance activities, providing technical leadership for data related tasks such as data modeling, ETL development, and integration of agency specific data into vendor hosted solutions. The individual will collaborate closely with Data Architects, Database Administrators, application support staff, and vendors to create, test, deploy, and optimize data structures and processes. A high degree of technical proficiency, problem solving ability, and independent judgment is expected. The position may report to a project lead, project manager, or manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain database objects (tables, views, indexes, triggers, constraints) to support application and integration requirements.
• Develop and optimize PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions to support business logic, data services, and ETL processes.
• Support data design and modeling activities, including logical and physical data models and normalization.
• Lead and execute data migration and data conversion tasks for new implementations, upgrades, and system integrations.
