Job summary

Farm Family, part of Clearbrook Group Holdings Inc., seeks a Programmer Analyst II to join the Information Technology team. You will contribute to delivering high-quality service and business results while partnering across the organization to support strategic priorities and improve operational effectiveness.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in information systems or CS, 1–2 years of software development experience, and familiarity with object-oriented programming.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience.
• Strong skills in design, development, modification and deployment of software, including OO concepts.

Responsibilities

• Writes, maintains, and updates code and configuration for Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• Maintains and enhances the relational database design underpinning Guidewire ClaimCenter.
• Performs unit and system testing per business-approved plans and scripts.
• Resolves production issues; participates in on-call rotation and incident response.
• Creates and maintains technical documentation as required.
