Qualifikationen

• Familiarity with fundraising operations and business requirements.

• Architect, design, develop, and optimize software systems and integrations for Advancement.
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior programmers to improve code quality.
• Collaborate with leadership, vendors, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and implement new tools to improve efficiency.
• Lead lifecycle deployment including design, development, testing, and implementation.
• Develop reports and assist functional users with reporting needs.
• Provide tier 1 technical support and ensure a positive user experience.
