As a Programmer Analyst I within our Customer Operations, Transformation & Automation team, you will bridge the gap between business processes, data science, and functional technology. We are seeking an enthusiastic, hands-on developer and self-starter who possesses technical curiosity and dedicated follow-through to deliver operational solutions that meet our evolving business needs.
In this role, you will assess, develop, integrate, and troubleshoot technology to support operational business processes. You will operate as a technical execution resource within a cross-functional business team, collaborating directly with Business Analysts, Data Scientists, and Process Owners to translate operational goals into functional, cloud-native applications and workflows. You will have the opportunity to develop and support advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI/LLM) features, supporting core SAP enterprise workflows, and maintaining secure, cloud-native applications that elevate the customer and employee experience.
