Job summary

Michigan Department of Civil Rights (MDCR) and Michigan Civil Service Commission (MCSC) seek a Dynamics 365 Programmer Analyst for a 1-year hybrid role. The candidate will design, develop, and support Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, with a focus on Azure and integration tasks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of working experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Implementations
• Architect Experience 3+ years
• Power Platform Solutions, particularly Power Automate and Power Pages. 5+ years
• Microsoft Azure platform experience
• Azure DevOps 5+ years
• Data Architecture Experience- 3+ years
• Infrastructure/Network and Application Support - 5+ years
• Design and document technical architecture solutions that span multiple platforms and include integration and authentication across systems
• CICD/Release Management - Define, communicate, and manage technical change management (e.g., release) processes for all Dynamics 365 related technology efforts
• Identification of risks and issues from a technical perspective.
• Azure Communications
• APIs
• Abilities to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation.
• Abilities to effectively make oral and written reports and presentations and prepare clear and concise documentation.

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, develop, and enhance Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
• Provide advanced technical support for Dynamics 365 platforms and lead project tasks.
• Gather requirements, plan, analyze, design, test, implement, document, and maintain applications.
• Support integration and authentication across systems; manage releases and change processes.
• Prepare detailed written instructions and documentation.
• Communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
