Under the general direction of Associate Vice Provost for Institutional Research and Effectiveness ( IRE ), the Programmer Analyst will manage information systems for IRE . The position will design and manage databases, extract data from university information systems, develop queries and reports, design web sites, and support data collection. This position will develop specialized research datasets in response to queries from university leadership. This position supports IRE’s core activity of capturing, analyzing and interpreting data on academic programs, students, faculty, staff and other vital information for university decision-making. The Programmer Analyst will play a key role in efforts to streamline reporting and improve data integrity across the university, providing timely and useful studies.
