Job summary

A technology services company is seeking an Applications Systems Analyst/Programmer for its MDM Team in Indiana. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing BI reports, maintaining existing reports, and implementing Master Data Management solutions. Applicants should have extensive IT experience, particularly in data analytics and reporting, along with proficiency in SQL databases and ETL processes. This role operates Monday through Friday, offering a competitive pay rate based on experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT experience.
• 4+ years in Data Analytics & Reporting.
• 4+ years with PostgreSQL & SQL Server.
• 4+ years programming (T-SQL, PL/pgSQL, etc.).
• 4+ years with ETL/SSIS & Data Migration.
• 4+ years with Master Data Management.
• 4+ years with SSRS (deployment, scheduling, security).
• 1+ year with Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive/dynamic BI reports.
• Maintain and enhance current reports.
• Integrate data from various sources into a unified system.
• Assist in design and implementation of Master Data Management solutions.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and data quality issues.
• Adhere to SQL development best practices.
• Communicate progress weekly with supervisors.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Location: Indiana (Candidate must be currently located in Indiana)
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (40 hrs/week)
• Contract: Long-term
• Pay Range: $35.06 – $41.20/hr (W2)
• Background Check: Fingerprint and background check required prior to start
