Job summary

Quant Dynamics Solutions is seeking an Analyst/Programmer Specialist to support Indiana’s child welfare data system built on PostgreSQL, Ruby on Rails, SQL Server, and ASP .Net. You will design and optimize BI reports, integrate data from various sources, and contribute to Master Data Management initiatives while operating in a remote, independent role.

Based in Indiana, you will coordinate with supervisors, meet project deadlines, and ensure data quality.

Resource will be responsible for the activities of an Applications Systems Analyst/Programmer of Master Data Management team of State of Indiana’s child welfare system, which is built on a PostgreSQL/Ruby on Rails/SQL Server/ASP .Net platform.

Requirements

Candidate must be currently located in Indiana to be considered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop interactive and dynamic reports for business intelligence.
• Maintenance and Operations on current reports which may require modifications.
• Work on Integration of data from various sources into a unified system.
• Assist in design and implementation of Master Data Management solutions.
• Proactive in identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and data quality issues.
• Adhere to SQL Development best practices.
• Meet project deadlines and requirements while working in an independent and remote role.
• Communicate progress, needs, and planning with supervisors on a weekly basis, or as requested.
