Job summary

NATO is seeking a Programme manager for COI Enabling within the Capability Development Directorate (CAPDEV). The role requires senior experience in CIS projects and acquisition, with command-wide coordination across nations and partners.

You will lead, plan, and deliver capability plans, ensuring cost, scope, schedule, risk and performance alignment. The incumbent will engage with NATO and host nations, sponsor R&D, and drive enterprise architecture and NNCPP aspects, bridging national and NATO

Qualifications

University degree in management information systems, accounting, economics, finance, business administration, public administration, operations research, project management or related discipline and 2 years function related experience, or Higher Secondary education and completed advanced vocational training in that discipline leading to a professional qualification or professional accreditation with 4 years post related experience.
At least 6 years practical experience in projects on design and/or implementation of Communications and Information Services.
At least 4 years of managing CIS (specialists) staff.
At least 3 years Project management experience (Prince II preferred).

Responsibilities

Contribute to the development of Communications and Information Services (CIS).
Support to NATO Defence Planning Process (NDPP) Steps 2-5.
Provide CIS service definition within the NATO structure; development of Mid-Term Plans (MTP).
Brief the Military Committee, RPPB and IC as required on all technical aspects of CPP requirements and delivery.
