• Support governance, engagement and decision‑making frameworks across investment, operations and governance functions, including delegated-authority structures and accountability mechanisms, to support total‑fund outcomes.
• Analyze the application of total portfolio principles within the Fund's governance, regulatory and operating environment and recommend practical solutions.
• Coordinate development of the TPA Mindset framework, change‑management materials, KPI/KRI structures and related documentation.

Within delegated authority, the Programme Management Officer will be responsible for the following duties:
