• Plan and coordinate the 'One-Organisation Enablement' project with workplans and milestones.
• Support governance, engagement, and decision-making frameworks across functions.
• Define delegated-authority structures and monitor delivery and change effectiveness.
• Prepare executive reporting and maintain governance records.
