Job summary

Amazon Advertising is hiring a Programmatic Solutions Consultant - Technical in New York City. You will resolve complex campaign execution issues for enterprise customers, owning the investigation and final resolution across DSP products and processes.

You will also help scale service quality by developing tools, creating documentation, and contributing to product prioritization. Strong technical support background and advertising tech knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
4+ years of programmatic advertising experience.
Experience as a technical specialist in customer-facing roles.
Experience with NoSQL databases or SQL Server/MySQL, debugging complex systems.
Experience writing and publishing technical documents.
Knowledge of ad servers, DSPs, and related ad tech.

Responsibilities

Handle complex customer issues with root-cause analysis and prioritization.
Demonstrate deep technical expertise for critical programmatic advertising issues.
Serve as escalation point for end-to-end resolution of complex problems.
Communicate with internal teams to investigate workarounds and defects.
Provide advanced support across Amazon’s ad tech suite (DSP, Ad Tag, CAPI, ADM, AMC).
Automate standard procedures using scripting and data APIs to analyze large data sets.
Mentor peers to improve technical skills in programmatic troubleshooting.
