Job summary

Roman Music Therapy Services in Wakefield, MA is seeking a Programmatic Music Assistant to facilitate group music sessions at schools, in our center, and in the community. The role requires strong vocal abilities and comfort with performing in varied settings; travel to sites across Eastern Massachusetts is expected.

On-site sessions in Wakefield with outreach to multiple communities. Part-time and full-time roles are available with pay varying by education and experience; full-time options

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and lead music groups in schools, at the center, and in the community.

• Maintain professional attitude and timeliness in service delivery.

Requirements:

Hours, Pay Range and Benefits:

Part Time Employees will work an average of 1-16 hours a week depending on contract work available. Pay will vary based on education and experience.

Full Time employees will work 16 or moreclinicalhours a week depending on contract work available. Pay will vary based on education and experience. Full Time Employees are Benefits Eligible including Medical Benefits, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability, and Life Insurance.

Salary range for a part-time Programmatic Music Assistant will be $19.00-$21.50 per hour.

Salary range for a full-time Programmatic Music Assistant will be $40,000-$44,500 per year.

Job Setting:

On-site at Roman Music Therapy Services in Wakefield, MA and off site visits in the surrounding Greater Boston, Metro West , South Shore and North Shore areas through contracts with schools, community programs, agencies, and individual families. Sessions may be delivered in-person or virtually.
