Razorfish in New York is seeking a Programmatic Supervisor to oversee day-to-day execution, optimization, and performance of programmatic digital media campaigns across display, video, CTV, audio, and emerging formats.

You will work hands-on in DSPs like The Trade Desk, DV360, Yahoo DSP, and Amazon DSP, lead a team of coordinators, and translate client objectives into actionable media recommendations while collaborating with analytics, ad ops, and strategy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in programmatic media with hands-on DSP experience.
• 2+ years of people management and team leadership.
• Proficiency with major platforms (DT, DV360, Yahoo, Amazon) and ad APIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day programmatic campaigns across channels.
• Lead campaign setup, QA, pacing, and optimization.
• Guide junior team members and provide training.
• Partner with analytics to generate insights and reports.
• Present strategy and performance to clients and internal teams.
