Job summary

Amazon Ads is seeking a Programmatic Solutions Consultant to support customers using the Amazon DSP. You will manage end-to-end enterprise customer engagements, drive adoption, and provide onboarding, training, and ongoing consultation across cross-functional teams.

As a PSC, you will work with programmatic traders at agencies and advertisers, leveraging deep expertise in DSP, RTB, and optimization to help customers achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in digital advertising and client-facing roles.
• Experience analyzing data and identifying performance drivers.
• 4+ years in programmatic advertising and planning.
• Proven ability to onboard and train customers.
• Fluent in English; able to present to B2B customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with programmatic trading desk managers.
• Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing usage consultation.
• Analyze data to identify improvements and adoption recommendations.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Specialists.
• Improve PSC processes and tools for customer service.
