Job summary

DigiKey is seeking a Digital Media Operations Specialist to support and scale programmatic advertising across channels. You will join a team that blends execution, performance analysis, agency collaboration, and process improvement to drive measurable business results.

You'll develop reports, optimize campaigns, and partner with agencies and internal teams to advance DigiKey's digital media capabilities, while maintaining a strong operational focus and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in digital advertising, media operations, marketing ops, or paid media.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms and campaign reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution, monitoring, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across programmatic and other digital channels.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations to improve delivery and targeting.
• Coordinate campaign trafficking, QA, creative deployment, and launch readiness.
• Monitor budgets, pacing, delivery, and performance metrics to achieve goals.
• Troubleshoot tracking, tagging, audience activation, and delivery issues.
• Serve as the primary operational contact for agency-managed programmatic initiatives.
• Partner with agency teams and internal stakeholders on execution, reporting, and reviews.
• Develop recurring reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights.
• Support audience segmentation, activation, tracking implementation, and attribution efforts.
• Build internal programmatic advertising capabilities through documentation and training materials.
