JCW Group is seeking 2 Program Underwriters in Charlotte to underwrite and manage commercial programs. The role includes evaluating risks, submissions, pricing, and coverage while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

We offer a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office / 2 days remote) with a salary range of $85,000–$92,000 plus bonus. 3–5+ years of carrier underwriting experience is required, with program underwriting preferred but not required.

• Commercial lines experience required; personal lines will not be considered.
