Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• 2+ years experience coordinating travel authorizations, expense reporting, financial tracking, or program operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to coordinate with government representatives, travelers, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the program travel spreadsheet to track planned and actual travel costs and ensure expenditures stay within project funding ceilings.
• Calculate and communicate remaining travel funding after contract modifications and provide data to CORs.
• Review TARs for compliance with JTR, contract requirements, and government criteria; coordinate revisions.
• Submit TARs to government CORs and track approvals; inform travelers of approvals.
• Provide weekly updates on travel status, funding status, and compliance during program meetings.
• Monitor travel expense submissions to ensure timely reimbursement and invoicing; work with finance and subcontractors to minimize unbilled costs.
• Update travel records with actual costs for FMER reporting and financial reconciliation.
• Update and distribute Travel Authorization Forms when new LOE data is provided; assign travel charge numbers.
