Job summary

Olgoonik is seeking a Program Training Specialist to manage storage, inventory, and warehouse support on-site. Responsibilities include material pick-up/disposal, maintaining APL metrics, enforcing safety, and complying with QC procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage over-the-counter material pick-up and disposal per SOP.
• Maintain APL metrics.
• Enforce safety culture and health & safety standards.
• Comply with QC procedures and customer policies.
• Route materials to storage locations and manage inventory.
• Train and mentor subordinate employees.
• Identify opportunities to improve training methodologies.
• Plan and manage training tasks to meet order requirements.
• Schedule work to maximize resource utilization.
• Perform warehousing duties according to SOPs.
• Maintain effective working relationships.
