Olgoonik Corporation in San Diego seeks a Warehouse Manager to lead the receipt, stowage and issue of material, ensuring MIL-STD 129N compliance and proper handling of anti-static devices.
You will supervise a team, schedule work, maintain records, perform inventory research, and coordinate Shelf-Life and COSIS actions, using DSS and related supply systems.
The role requires a US government SECRET clearance, US citizenship, and readiness to work in a shop/warehouse environment.

Performs full range of DLA Warehouse Managerial duties leading the activities and managing the receipt, stowing and issuing of material. Ensures items being stowed meet requirements of MIL-STD 129N. Must be proficient and able to instruct the correct use of anti‑static devices. Maintains standards and approved procedures for COSIS/Shelf‑Life inspection as required in depot contract agreement. Ensures kitting function procedures are followed and provide cost estimates for preparation of kits. Provides daily work assignments to other storage personnel assigned to work centre.
Ensures area of responsibility is operating in agreement with all referenced DLA Distribution SOPs, addendums, FRAGOS, and Process Manuals as required for day to day operational processing and preparation for any audit event.
Responsible for compliance with the Audit Assertion Program reporting and documentation requirements, Assertion Memo IAW CDRL A034, to include monthly assertion reporting that assigned areas of responsibility are ready for audit and or corrective action plans are documented and being corrected if an assertion cannot be made.
Responsible for the Audit Assertion Program functional areas of Offload/Tally, Receipt Induction, Stow/Warehousing, Re‑warehousing and Stock Selection, i.e. Pick/Pack/Prep for Shipment.
SECRET Level Required, candidate must:
Have a current US Government SECRET Personnel Security Clearance or be able to successfully complete a U.S. government administered Investigation.
Be a U.S. Citizen.
Be able to maintain a US Government SECRET clearance.
