Butler Hospital is seeking Float Program Therapists to treat patients across various Partial Hospital and Intensive Outpatient Programs. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside talented psychiatrists, psychologists, occupational therapists, and other program therapists as part of our outstanding team.
Responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, collaboration with outside providers and schools, and family meetings. The primary focus is on adults in our CBT and Women's Program, with occasional support for adolescents, young adults, older adults, LGBTQ+ communities, autism spectrum patients, and those with conditions like substance abuse, depression, anxiety, OCD, and mood disorders. Programs operate Monday through Friday. As a float therapist, you'll support various programs based on daily needs, with an emphasis on expanding our CBT and Women's programs.
The role includes paid time off, medical and dental benefits, and a shift from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
