Butler Hospital is seeking Float Program Therapists to treat patients in our various Partial Hospital and Intensive Outpatient Programs! This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician to work alongside highly talented Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and other Program Therapists as part of our outstanding team!
Job duties include initial psychiatric evaluations, treatment planning, individual therapy, group therapy, outside collaboration with providers/schools, and family meetings. This role includes treatment primarily of Adults in our CBT and Women's Program but at times would also support Adolescents, Young Adults, Older Adults, patients in the LGBTQ+ communities, those on the Autism Spectrum, Substance Abuse, Depression, Anxiety, Mood disorders, OCD and other psychiatric disorders. Programs operate Monday through Friday. As a float, the program therapist moves about our various programs to support the needs on a day to day basis but this role will encompass a surge track to increase our CBT and Women's program size.
The role comes with paid time off, medical, dental and other amazing benefits. The shift is Monday through Friday from 7:30 am - 4:00 pm.
