Under supervision, evaluates, diagnoses, and treats a range of psychosocial problems, applying individual and group cognitive-behavioral interventions to assist patients and families in resolving personal and environmental issues related to psychiatric conditions, aiming to improve psychosocial functioning. Demonstrates ethical and collaborative behavior to ensure quality care and positive relationships.
Experience in a psychiatric setting is required. Training in exposure-based CBT, especially in areas like OCD, anxiety, or hoarding, or continuing education in these areas, is necessary. Experience in providing group and individual psychotherapy is required.
